What impact has free publicity had, how have press releases been taken up in the media and how successful is advertising? To evaluate the results of online and offline marketing and communications efforts on behalf of plant protection product manufacturer DuPont, AgriCommunicatie keeps a press book for each product, which contains all of the press releases and their uptake. During the annual review with the marketing and sales team we evaluate the investments and results and, based on the outcome, we optimise the PR and advertising strategy for the following year.
