A large proportion of purchasing decisions start with an online search.
So it is important to be findable, but what then? Investigating the motivations of a target group from the outset and setting goals are clearly just as important as choosing the right search terms. Together with production rights specialist Frans Evers we set about improving the findability of his website. As the market for phosphate rights is a hot item, we decided to start by increasing online findability with an SEA campaign. In addition we optimised the content of his website in order to attain a lastingly higher ranking in search engines via the organic route. We accomplished this by tweaking existing text and adding new textual and pictorial content to reflect our client's specialism.
The result: a higher search engine ranking and a doubling of the number of website visits after just three weeks.
